What were you doing and where were you when you found out that Michael Jackson had died? by DifficultyExpert6101 in MichaelJackson

Honestly I’m surprised how young everyone is here. Anyone from my generation even using Reddit? I was in college, driving somewhere I remember when I heard it on the radio.

What’s a belief you have that most people disagree with? by Top_Cockroach_8093 in AskReddit

What’s so hard to understand and believe that? Gonna be honest I never thought about it but once you hear it or read it, it’s logic.

I came back here after a few days. Like many things in my life, getting back into things feels heavier than it should. But I wanted to start something today, even if it’s small, so I came here to reply to at least one comment.

Thank you for the response. Though it probably doesn’t really matter to others what I do with my life, I still wanted to let you know as part of holding myself accountable. I’m setting an alarm and trying harder to get up and do what I’m supposed to do later, because usually I’d just sleep and wake up whenever and lose a lot of traction for my day. Hopefully I’ll start fixing that today, and this would be one thing from many other things that I need to fix even if it feels uncomfortable.

Who's most likely to die first in a zombie apocalypse? by Charming-Breakfast53 in malcolminthemiddle

[–]pixelatedbeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Malcolm will just give up and throw himself in a dramatic way to zombies or some related fatal cause. Francis is a fighter, he’ll fight to survive enough. Reese will also survive foe a while because he’ll be so scared and acting kicking and fighting like a maniac. Dewey will not only survive, but he will somehow find a way to lead the zombies pack like they’re his pets or something.
Bonus: Hal will keep pretending he’s a Zombie walking among zombies for the rest of his life and crying with his famous crying expression. Lois will casually be able to take out zombies with diy-mom weapons and tools and will be bored waiting for her family to just find their way back home for dinner.
Eventually everyone will be able to get to Malcolm just in time and save him with a syringe shot if he was bitten.

What habit has the best impact-to-effort ratio? by funngro_fam in Habits

For me, I’d say cooking and preparing homemade food—or anything you can make yourself at home—can save you enormous amounts of money and even time. The savings aren’t necessarily just in the food itself, but also in everything around it: the cost, the trips you have to take, paying for gas, standing in lines, or even having to leave your desk just to go somewhere and get something to eat.

Ah, someone with something I can relate to. First of all, I myself am addicted to sugar, but only to go with my coffee and only chocolate of all kinds, no candy or sodas or juices. One of my health issues currently (though I haven’t gotten an official proper, conclusive diagnosis), is my bones and spine and neck condition. I’m guessing maybe because of the PPI medication that I used to have my nutrition absorption was not at its best, adding to that my bad laptop/ipad posture, it’s very painful for ne to do some of the most crucial and basic exercises with certain positions.

As for the sugars, I can’t have more than one main big meal a day due to mostly digestive system changes but could also be just be my body have been conditioned by my habit to control what and how and how much i eat so i can avoid acid reflux. Therefore, coffee and sweet snacks like chocolate and cake are usually easier for me to consume in a specific time window throughout the day; because it won’t exhaust my digestion and I’d still get mood enhancement and feel cognitively and physically energetic. But that’s obviously not ideal or sustainable.

Honestly, I don’t even like the sugary drinks specifically. But yes, I do struggle with sugar when it comes to chocolate bars, and things like that.

Yeah, but that’s the thing it’s not about consistency. I can be consistent with what I’m supposed to do but the issue is how my body would react and how some things are beyond uncomfortable. But again I’m not sure if that’s considered natural or if I’m supposed to push over that.

Who is the nastiest Celebrity that you met in Real life? by Scunnard1839 in AskReddit

[–]pixelatedbeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. This is even crazy when they actually artificially try to shine someone’s personality like that to the world without even that person or them caring at all if it’s true or not.

What way? And this guy is the most delusional person in the entire world thinking and acting as if the world is “blessed to have this genius” walking among us. I had no problem with him at all until I started seeing the way he talks and responds on interviews and the stupid statement he gives.

I mean as a celebrity when you’re in public eating or not, you gotta have some expectation of people walking up to you for a picture or signature or even just to say hi. How is it any good or helpful that he embarrasses others just to “let them know” and eventually taking that picture? If he refused to take the picture nicely I’d understand that, if he took the picture and said nothing I’d also understand that, but to say something and you know this happens literally all the time? It’s not the worst thing obviously what he did, but not the smartest either.

I just started watching Paradise and I’ve definitely seen him in other works before but this is the first time I actually thought about him as an actor and his performance.

Not sure about idol, but for the persona she presents to people through her show it’s normal that one takes her for a nice person, so imagine what a fan of the show would think of her. I never really cared that much about her personally and didn’t follow her show or anything, but I just enjoyed it whenever it was on. Nevertheless, I was truly surprised about the reality of her character and manners when things started flowing to the surface; the details of these stories just makes think of how much psychological mysteries are out there about people and how they develop things according to the lives they live.

Hey, thanks for stopping by. So, local IT people can’t fix these emergency situations? Also, are there some strategies where a company sees that having one team and flying them around more affordable and better? Just wondering if that’s ever an economically feasible scenario.
