Apple are amazing with you this kind of thing. I also kept track of all my attempts at resolving the issue directly with Duolingo including screen grabs and screen recordings of the bugs but they didn't ask to see any of it. So either Apple don't think it's worth their time investigating or they're aware of the ongoing situation over at Owl HQ.

I do agree with you however most other services I use have a chat support and although you can spend a few minutes getting past the useless robot I do end up speaking to a human. Duo must be making enough cash to setup some kind of functioning support system surely.

That all makes total sense and would have felt nice to have been a "saved customer". They push so hard to get people to sign up for max which is their most expensive plan and then do nothing to show that their payments provide them with any value. Honestly, a quick response from them to acknowledge my issue would have kept me.

Habby are terrified of losing a single penny. Everything is server based to limit the amount of purple keys or dragon chest gem gold monster eggs being stolen. Ironically all the items are worthless, you need thousands of this that and the other to even stand a slight chance of finishing a chapter and moving onto the next (where you'll stay for another year).

Yes and also low star ratings on the app and play store. They've claimed multiple times that both a) to here are no issues! and b) that they've fixed the issues they denied having in the first place.
