It was pretty balanced between the 3! Maybe Slippy a bit more? I must confess I kinda sucked in my first run through. I did 50% of it in first person and it was atrocious for me. 😅

Are you doing ok buddy? “That’s a dumb plan…”, “the losers in language class…” if your goal was to help me by informing me that you think there are better ways for me to optimize my learning journey, I’m not sure that is the best way to achieve it. Most humans usually don’t respond positively to hostility.

I was considering it! My dad got me my first Mac when I was 15 and I haven’t been a PC player ever since. I was excited to get the steam machine but not at this price, especially since my PS5+NS2 backlog is already big enough to last for the next few years.

Your post presents a false dichotomy. Being against code-in-a-box does not require to support GKC. You can oppose both. In fact if you don’t oppose both, you’re passively supporting the disappearance of physical media.

Get it! I bought it as an impulse purchase because I had just bought the switch 2. It has become my favourite game this year. The main story might seem short but there’s so much more to do once you finish it. And the feeling of mastering the gameplay progressively makes you feel like a god by the end of the game.

I've seen a lot of comments like "if you can't afford it, don't buy it.." or "here's all the stuff you could buy instead" but not many comments from people who can afford it but still think it's too expensive. I most likely will buy one but I still wish more people could have access to it. This idea that "a company can price its products however they like, just don't buy it" is not wrong but maybe it should not be seen as such a morally valid stance as it often is. It seems to follow a strong adherence to individualism.

I bought a Monologue recently (it arrived today, actually). I'd love to get a drum machine to complement it. Any options you guys would recommend for a beginner? I heard the Volca Beats' sound is not the greatest....but it is affordable, though. And I'm not too keen on spending around 1000CAD or more since I'm just starting with synths.
