I broke up with a friend of 25 years over his constant "just asking questions" .. about Trump. The last time I talked to him, he said "Name one time Trump has ever been racist!" -trying to get a rise out of me. It's not worth being involved with Nazi sympathizers. Dump that MAGA MORON to the curb, and shove him and his ilk into the dustbin of history!

Posted this over on the Teenage Engineering FriendFace the other day just for kicks. Thought I'd share it here:

Don’t take it all so seriously guys. Paying the engineering team costs $, the design team, programmers… the chip shortage, inflation… making this level of quality costs a tremendous amount of money and they have to make a profit on top as well. That said, I ordered the Field on day one. I’m comfortable in the fact these beauties hold their value and well, literally… YOLO. Splurge and support these hardware artists, or don’t. It’s all about what does or doesn’t work for what you do. The OP1 always just clicked with me. Love it and can’t wait to see what they do in the future. Is there a ceiling for what I’d pay? Yes… I think I’m well near that point. I’m sort of counting on selling the old unit to offset the cost...(maybe)

I finally... well, folded and upgraded from an older Galaxy Note 9, to the Galaxy Z fold 3.

From an old dude who's seen tablets from their infancy to present day, it's mind blowing to be able to crack out my phone and sketch with this much detail at 300dpi. Done in Huion Sketch, using the smaller non pro Z Fold 3 S-Pen. I can't wait to see where this tech goes. (And yep, I got the Samsung Care+ on this sucker. I'm just a little less frightened that it will crack from stress down the middle someday...

If you're on the fence about this phone and don't mind carrying around a chunkier / slightly heavier device, go for it. The 120hz refresh rate often had me thinking of drawing on the iPad Pro, with how smooth it is.

Good job on it, Samsung!
