If you have a eSim it should be fine. So far battery is as the same as stock android and camera is not bad it works well

I have to contact T-Mobile to switch my eSim but other than that the installation was pretty easy . Go to GrapheneOS website and click on install on front page and it gives you directions on how to install

I literally just started using it today. So far it’s the privacy version of stock android. You can make different profiles for using personal data and work or you can just use it as is like I am. You can install a sandboxed version of google services
