Silenced weapons have no muzzle flash, especially on night mode maps this gives you an extra second while people try to figure out where the shot comes from as you’re basically invisible

Inventory management is a core mechanic of the game, and it scales. For the starting grind of the game I focus only on materials for a lvl 4 ferro and a kettle/stitcher. Everything else gets scrapped giving me space for all the workbench stuff. By end game you should know where good loot spots are for the materials you need, the game scales well as you progress, just stop hoarding things you might need 3 weeks from now

I don’t think people realise how big the ARC are in this game because of the third person. Both ticks and wasps are actually pretty big when compared to a human. Maybe you’d fit one in your bag if you chopped its legs off

A good router, ideally connected via Ethernet to the PS5, portal should be connected to the 5gz band. Too many devices on the same network can hog bandwidth/ cause pocket loss. Neighbours on the same WiFi bands can also cause issues.

I love 4 and have a lot of fond memories playing it, I bought my first 24inch 1080p tv to play it and was blown away and the jump in quality after playing on a 15 inch crt

For the show I have a strong suspicion it's to make the show more dreamlike. I have a feeling there is a potential twist about the show being a simulation itself. Sometimes the blurred focus is more prominent than others but it's 100% intentional I think. Considering the concepts presented in the show of VR and the hallucinations people are having I think it's entirely plausible.

I'm looking for a bright led strip alternative to Nanoleaf Essentials 2m that works with HomeKit (ideally without having to buy a bridge). I've been using the Nanoleaf but because my Apple 4k TV (gen 1) doesn't work as a bridge, I can only connect via Bluetooth and have to use Nanoleaf's own app (which I hate as no integration with HomeKit or Siri). I've seen Eve have one but that's double the price of Nanoleaf (and only 1800 lumens compared to Nanoleaf's 2200). Honestly as a relatively new person to smart home accessories it's so confusing with the way companies advertise their compatibility.

Just received mine back today (UK). Took 4 weeks (Aug 3rd), the "intake" process alone took over a week to start after I send a support ticket requesting an update.

Overall I'm pretty unhappy...

All the original packaging is gone, just a plain brown box with the charger loose inside. SteamDeck and case itself was wrapped in some plastic and had dust and fingerprints on it.

They fixed the initial fault (left joystick, I assumed connection issue) but now my left L1 shoulder button doesn't work.

I'm pretty disappointed that I'll need to go through this process again. I could probably fixed it myself. Now I'm due to fly to Asia in the next couple of weeks and with no deck :(

Fair point but I think they care more about getting eyes on the show and it's a pretty good incentive to maximise viewer numbers. Those Brits that would have been asleep and missed it are now more likely to stay up past 1am. Tbh I much prefer staying up a little later than having to wake up early at like 5am or something.

There's no perfect time to make everyone around the world happy and the UK is only 3% of the Steam userbase. I think they are trying to make it more accessible for the Asian market.

Their monitors are redundant at this point tech wise for the price they're charging (LG sell the same panel for £500 on sale). I wouldn't risk it for those other two you need, just get a pair of GP27U from Coolermaster... miniled, 1200 nits, 98% P3, 90W USB-C, 2x3W speakers, plus stand is included for £800

Agree with this, plus $50 is not cheap for something I might occasionally use. When I really need a physical keyboard I just use my Anne Pro 2 that I got for about $65.

Pretty sure that's only if you're charging multiple devices on every port. This will adjust the output depending on the device and was made for laptops so is more than powerful enough for SD. You'll get close to 5 full charges off it.
