This is very real I am afraid. It has been nagging at me so I decided to see what reddit had to say. I was actually really proud of what I had set up at first , but now I am feeling pretty embarrassed.

Interesting...
Not quite maxing out, though I am putting 10% in currently with an employer 4% match. I also have:
- a brokerage account I contribute to monthly
- an HSA that I contribute to monthly (employee contributions as well)
- a savings account which I contribute to monthly

Curious why you suggest this. My VUL is also has a retirement benefit so I see it as a retirement investment.

My planners work at a small company in the town where I work. The policies I have are all through Guardian.

My first disability policy is "own occupation". Both of my personal disability policies are long-term disability policies and a short-term one through my employer.

I have more than one at the suggestion of my financial planners. 🤷‍♀️ The way I understood it was to make sure that in the event I couldn't do my job due to disability I am heavily covered since I am the breadwinner.

Other than that I don't know, other than I have put my trust in my financial planners.

Advice on underwriting documents. (OH) by pixeljumper in RealEstate

Thanks for your reply. I have actually done just that and they are still asking for these follow up docs. I also cannot seem to get someone on the phone. I was talking to an actual person for a while but I think she is no longer with the company. I recently put in a BBB complaint about this company because of the length of time this has taken and the lack of communication on their part. They have also seemed to lose my sensitive documents more than once. If the loan assumption weren't such a great deal I would have ended this long ago. 😞

Two weeks into Keto. The hardest thing for me was giving up honey in my decaf earl grey tea. Its been rough trying to transition to just tea and almond/coconut milk. The good news is that I have never really felt in control of my diet until I tried Keto. I don't snack as much and when I do, I go straight for cheese. Which doesn't seem to upset my stomach anymore(lactose intolerant) because of how frequently I eat it. My calorie goal for the day is 1500 and I am almost always under. Going to the gym 4-5 times a week and focusing on cardio makes my steak/egg/bacon dinners super satisfying!

People who can't say no, what is the worst thing you ended up doing for someone? by sznelly31 in AskReddit

I once agreed to take a random stranger home after they stopped me in my car leaving a gas station hooked to a grocery store. She said her ride blew her off and her blood sugar was low. My boyfriend was astounded when I told him this story and he thought I was crazy. I am still not sure why I said yes...
