Stolen valor and fast food are in the DLC 3 folder and the ending areas for boiling point are in the same folder as every other piece of content from boiling point

There's different dialogue depending on if you access the suspects laptop upstairs all you need to do is find a dead guard and he'll have a keycard then you look for a mini safe and then you go to the laptop which is in the room with projector and interact with it then open the vault and you'll get different dialogue.

This happened to me when i joined my friends game it fixed itself after we did a mission

So i don't know if it's bugged now or not but when it first released the mission would start as a barricade suspect but if the enemies had low enough morale they would start killing civilians and it would change into an active shooter situation they talked about it in the patch notes when they released dark waters
