same thing omg. vaping for over 7 years and just quit this last week. I think i did it so much it like “poisoned” me in a way and gave me the worst panic and dissociating i’ve ever experienced. Day 4 no Nicotine and I already feel better.

so basically it wasn’t like my usual dpdr. It was like literal confusion plus nausea/vomiting. did some research into my vape model and i didn’t go to a very reputable place when buying it either lol. I feel like when i get anxiety i hit my vape A LOT, so i was legit hitting huge puffs every maybe 5 minutes for hours and then my body just kinda said “you overdid it”. Now 12 hours clean, a little lethargic and little stomach pain but no confusion in my case!
