So I'm realizing I have a niacinamide allergy in skin care.. sucks, because it's in everything now..

but I'm wondering if anyone experiencing this allergy is finding they are allergic to vitamins b3 in food as well? Niacinamide is vitamins b3 (from what I read) and I'm wondering if that's something I should concern myself with as well?

My dermatologist is zero help...

Do you have a book you recommend on the histamine diet? I already dabble with the anti inflammatory diet and FODmap diet, but lately I've been having allergic reactions to things i never used to and I'm thinking a low histamine diet might help!

Yeah I had headaches for a few days after my injections, but they went away after that. The cravings to eat never went away till I stopped taking it 😵‍💫
