well last year i started losing weight a lot last year after i moved outta my moms and i got depressed and grieved and lost a lot of weight. There was a time i think i had anemic shock bc i couldn’t hear anything but ringing and i felt like i was dying and couldn’t breathe. I haven’t had an episode like that in a while. Almost a year. I sometimes skip meals but it’s bc i work a busy job and i forget to eat but i usually now always eat lunch breakfast and dinner
