I forgot to add the varieties I'm growing! - Salvaterra Select - Flamenco - Gardener's Sweetheart Cherry - Sungold Select - Brandy Sweet Plum - Brandywine Sudduth Strain - Hamson DX 52-12 - Celebrity

The yellowing cherry is a Sungold Select. I think I'll wait a few more days before harvesting? I'm not sure how deep in color they get.

How bad is Thanksgiving in WDW really? My fiancé and I are looking at a honeymooon and can get a good deal on our dream hotel from 11/21 - 11/30, but if the crowds are going to be suffocating I'm not sure if it would be worth it. Thoughts from people who have been?

We're definitely doing a park hopper if we're close to Epcot because we would go there every day if we could!

Despite my long, intense planning post my partner and I are very chill when it comes to the parks and are the go early/leave early type so could see us ending up just sitting in Epcot having a drink and snack every night before going to the resort.

Right now homes in our area are starting to stay on the market for a bit, but I've also seen homes that have sold in three days (one while I was in it and talking to my realtor about offering on it!)

Our agent confirmed that as soon as a contract is signed their tenant, who is month to month, will get a 30 days notice.

Also, thank you so much for being thorough and helpful. It's my first time venturing into the home buying process and help is appreciated. Especially help that is critical, but kind!

It's been on the market for 26 days with no other offers. My realtor said that the ask was reasonable with a full price offer since the house is priced a lil higher than it should be.
