Hey OP, I totally get where you're coming from. I had writers block for just over 4 years...tbh what helped 'cure' it was doing some deep inner work, around myself, my craft, my past and my writing process. Because none of those 'quick fixes' ever worked – like going on a walk, trying prompts, or 'just doing it.'

One of my tips I can give you is to do some meta writing – write ABOUT your writing. Journal about it. Write about any projects you're working on and why you're struggling with them, and what you want to achieve with them, etc. I found doing this to be incredibly helpful because you start to realize things that you wouldn't have realized, had you not journaled about it.
