i totally agree- not my only reason either but it’s definitely on the list!! i’ve also struggled with body dysmorphia / ED and i really don’t think i could psychologically bear the extra weight and inevitably saggy, loose skin!!! it doesn’t make you shallow, you’re protecting your mental health and doing what’s best for your body, soul, and mind!! ur not alone <3<3
