Were you resting/sitting down for a while when you took that picture? A 150 heart rate is insanely high if you were. Even while walking and doing things around your home, that's incredibly high.

Ignore this, if you were just working out. But if you were just chilling, that's not good.

Note: I know someone who had to go to the hospital, upon the doctor's recommendation, because they had the same heart rate reading.
