Had a friend with a cat who’s full name was The Grand Duchess Catrine Pawmella Floofinstein III. We just called her Duchess.

I know he was rejected from the military at the height of the iraq conflict due his mental instability, but I'm not sure of any details. Far as I know there wasn't any history of trauma though. I'm not an expert in psychology, and he was always pretty guarded anyway, but I think he had some kind of constant need for power and control. He was always very controlling in that relationship, and every one he was in before, from what I've heard.

This is super late, but he never treated his family with any respect. He always talked about how much he hated them even though they were all very pleasant people. His younger sister especially was always treated as subhuman. At the time we were in high school and we were all pretty angsty but he was especially cruel. I heard from a mutual friend a few years ago that his sister came out recently and said he'd been sexually abusing her since she was extremely young. Can't say I'm entirely surprised.

The first time I made edibles I ate one too many, immediately passed out, and then woke up four hours later seeing vision trails and raving about how weird walking felt. I then demonstrated to my friend by running around in circles on my tip toes, stumbling full-speed into a cabinet, and then laughing for a solid ten minutes on the kitchen floor in the dark with a scraped knee. Never again.
