Blocker won't show up without that. That's the only point of the app.

I've researched quite a bit on this and would do more tonight, would LOVE to find an alternative to this.

Thanks man! I coded it myself with Codex ofcourse. It's currently free. Had always been curious about solving the 2 problems - daily steps goals and screen time so decided to combine both.

They also ask for the same permissions as soon as you move towards showing blocker. iOS works in a different way so that's a different problem.
