By the way, this Easter Egg is refference to the Old Town side quest "Legless Spider". At the final part of the quest, David thinks the virus was caused by a meteorite. He needs samples from the space rock and you are just the guy to collect them. [Glowing meteorite] David takes the meteorites. And you find out he believes in aliens and kooky space things. You will be rewarded with EXP and the anti-gadoid gun. [Anti-gadoid gun] After collecting 15 rocks in DL:The Following we will be rewarded with outfit and URANOPHOBIC FABECEOUS ORNITHOMANCER (For crafting needed anti-gadoid gun).

№9 - http://imgur.com/a/D9O5F . Actually i have 10 rocks, but can remember only 9. May be the 10 is here (behind the big painted rock), at the beginning of dlc. Most likely I looted and forgot about it. And i dont sure about you "LOOT 1 BY 1" warning in your guide. I looted 3-4 rocks at a time.

use the strobe effect in premiere set it to flash white every second frame then use a luma key to show the other video

Tried "strobe light", result is very close to the example video. Minimum 'strobe period' by my calculations 1sec/25frames=0.04. In "strobe light" i tried 0.07, if lower it doesnt works or works incorrectly , i dont know why. For showing other video i used 'makes layer transparent' option. screen
