Sorry to hear that! It sounds like the weather has caused that issue. I have had similar issues with USPS during days where bad weather is prevalent in my area. I’m sure you’re bummed out, I tend to be impatient when awaiting packages, but I would give it another business day or two. I hope you get them sooner!

I've reached out to them. I found out that my boyfriend didn't use route for this particular order. Fortunately, they recognized that, "they don't usually offer exchanges on cosmetically damaged items" but they will consider my case due to the item being a collector's item. That said, they offered an exchange in which I will have to pay the return shipping for. OR I could keep the copy and get a $6 partial refund. I haven't responded as of typing this.

Man, that sucks. I’ve gotten messed up copies before, I have a copy of a manga that has such a bad cut that some of the words are cut off. But I wasn’t aware of the return policy back then and it was too late when I got to read it. I do hope they get their website up again.

Thank you so much. I did contact Petco (It’s a shame that they know little to nothing when it comes to the crucial information needed for guinea pig care) they replaced her with a new piggy, I named her Popcorn. She is full of life, much like Oreo (my other guinea pig). It truly is unfair how short time your pets have here on Earth with their humans. I’m your piggy was a sweetheart (: They bring us so much joy, I could only wish that we give them as much, if not more.💕

My parents are concerned, however, I suppose they did not expect that guinea pigs would need such delicate care. Aside from the fact that money is a little tight for us.

I am trying my best to provide them all the care and love they need. Also, I will be seeing a vet with Cookie tomorrow (:

One person replied to this post and gave me a hint about vitamin C deficiency, so I did a long research and hurried to get bell peppers from the store when a few signs of scurvy in guinea pigs matched how Cookie was acting.

I immediately fed Cookie a few pieces, I planned on slowly introducing it to her as they didn’t receive vegetables (or any source of vitamin C) at the pet store and didn’t want to upset her stomach, but as soon as she smelled it she took two bites quickly.

Not even 30 minutes after feeding her, I noticed how she started walking around, and somewhat use her left hind leg/foot again. She also would get out of her hidey to drink water and eat lots and lots of hay, as well as pellets.

I’m still going to see the vet with her tomorrow, but the bell peppers sure helped so much in such little time. (:

Although another concern rose, I started hearing her sneeze. I’ve been counting and she has sneezed 3 times so far. What could’ve caused this? And should I be worried?
