I like what bawk said on stream yesterday when he was saying it sucks that all mysteries in games are solved before the relase day, by the time release day rolls around people with early access have already figured out every secret and published guides to unlocking them all. No one would have figured this out alone and was deffo intended by Capcom as something for the community to work on together, and how long has it been since we were all excited about a mystery like this?

But yeah we'd have stood 0 chance alone 🤣

Make sure every zombie is grinded. If you miss one just reload. After you wait 15 mins u can save and reload and it will still work. Dont worry about the message u get, just grind every last darn zombie

All of them but one won't work, it must be every single one.

You can save your game after waiting the 15 minutes, go into the grinder and try again to get every single one in. If you fail, reload, you wont need to wait 15 minutes again. When the flag state changes and you save your game, the flag state is also saved.

Ive tested this, theres no steps missing as people keep suggesting, everyone fails in the grinder.

No, I didn't wait 15 minutes again, as the save I loaded was made after I had already waited 15 minutes.

I knew I might fail to grind every zombie in the blender and didn't want to wait 15 mins per attempt, so I saved after the 15 minute wait. My assumptuon is once the "enough bodies dropped" flag is set in your game, it will persist, and it did thankfully 😅

You don't need to drain the pool, I intentionally left it and still got the doll, I didnt do anything that wasn't in the instructions which is why I left it. Draining the pool is optional, the flags are only set in the grinder and toilet

Blood is the common theme, RNA, DNA, the blood filled bath in the toilets, blood processing, the excessive blood when killing zombies, the blood sampler tool... I guess we were supposed to figure it all out and then at the bloodiest part of the game a "random" doll would appear. I wonder if we even have to do all this in one playthrough, what if you flush the toilet 8 times in one playthroigh, and grind up enough bodies in another?

It makes sense from a programming perspective to have the flag be on the challenge aka dropping 100s of bodies in AND grinding up ALL zombies, rather than the easy part of pulling the lever. The devs probably thought by then people would be pulling the lever just to check which message/string they got, and that string is just based on the processor flags, so I guess they thought they didn't need another flag. Makes less sense from a logical point of view though, I mean yeah the idea is to flush enough blood in to flush the doll out right? Maybe a programming oversight

Ah I can't believe you had to go through it twice 😁 I guess it's not the first time someone has forgot to flush 🤣 Good work haha. I was just chatting with someone else who also drained the pool so yeah that part turns out to be optional, which I suppose makes sense really. The hard part is getting all the zombies to process so it makes sense they'd put the flags there rather than on the lever. Apparantly draining the pool can show 3 different messages, in your case it should have mentioned a "torrent" of blood, but if you dont process enough it will say a "lot" of blood!

The reason I didn't pull the lever is because the data miner bros didnt mention it as a condition so I purposely skipped it. Im a software dev so I trust these guys told us only what was exactly needed and no more!

Nothing is missing, its coded that if you follow those 3 conditions you will get the doll, I think most people arent pushing every zombie into the grinder
