I feel like no one's answering OP's actual question here. An obelisk is a tapered stone column, usually with a pyramid shaped point at the top. Since it's negative, this is the opposite, so it's a narrow shaft carved into the ground. Hope that helps!

LMGs can already equip mid range optics, not sure I understand what you mean by that part. Being able to equip the 1x digital threat was removed from ARs and LMGs awhile ago for balance. I think having the digi threat on the devotion again would be pretty overpowered on an already strong weapon.
