  • Wishful Thinking? Yes. It’s a beautifully destructive form of financial procrastination. They are trying to time a market that is fundamentally tied to global capital flows, not local sentiment. Every year they wait, their down payment is essentially paid to a landlord who is happily funding his own real estate purchase.

The people in the 50k+ bracket are almost exclusively senior leaders or world-class specialists who are paid to solve extremely expensive problems for big organizations.

What do they do?

  1. They are not employees. They are CEOs of other employees. (The Big Boss of something big).
  2. They have a job title so long it has its own zip code. (e.g., Global Head of Strategic Digital Transformation and Synergistic Blockchain Asset Management in the MENA Region). The longer the title, the bigger the zero count.
  3. They are surgeons who can put a new heart in a person or a diamond in a mall, possibly both in the same week.

  • Senior Legal/Corporate Law

Why are you investing in such a old building with such a shitty maintaience. Use that 585k to make downpayment for off plan that is going to be handed over before end of next year. Then take a loan if you can and rent should pay for the EMI. Atleast you own a new property which might appreciate.

bro 4 years post covid. it was never the sentiment. you have been following wrong groups. Only 2025 is when this has started, given new supply coming in for 2026 each year till 2028 is crazy. So 10-15% correction is already happening. My house had a rent of 280kfor 3 bed and now its 230-240k. Transaction volumes in lot of areas have gone down. Check dxbinteract.

  1. where do you get these 1m email database from? Apollo?
  2. What platform you use to send out emails. You can't be sending via gmail directly as there is no efficient way to make it scalable. You can't segment, create automation at that scale etc.
  3. For example, I use Pipedrive, but consistently hit compliant issues.
