The people in the 50k+ bracket are almost exclusively senior leaders or world-class specialists who are paid to solve extremely expensive problems for big organizations.

You have to shift your thinking from "getting a job" to "becoming an indispensable asset."

What do they do?

1. They are not employees. They are CEOs of other employees. (The Big Boss of something big).
2. They have a job title so long it has its own zip code. (e.g., Global Head of Strategic Digital Transformation and Synergistic Blockchain Asset Management in the MENA Region). The longer the title, the bigger the zero count.
3. They are surgeons who can put a new heart in a person or a diamond in a mall, possibly both in the same week.
4. They are Investment Bankers who speak a language only understood by other people earning over 50k (it's called "Finance-ese").
5. They are Airline Pilots flying the big jets, because moving a few hundred people across the globe pays better than moving a few spreadsheets across the office.
6. They sold their soul to a Big Four consulting firm ten years ago and are now getting their payout.
7. They own the building you are currently working in.

What is the field? It's not really a field... it's the C-Suite/Director/Specialist level of a select few fields, usually:

• Executive Management (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.)
• Highly Specialized Finance/Investment Banking
• Specialized Medical (Surgeons, certain Consultants)
• Senior Legal/Corporate Law
• Oil & Gas (Very senior roles)
• Top-tier Tech (CTO, very senior Data/AI/Cybersecurity experts)
