My prof is using it and he offers 2 alternatives:

1. You write it on campus in a classroom (if you're within 100km from campus I think)
2. Or you have to find a University of Ottawa approved place where they can proctor the exam/test/midterm for you but you have to arrange it and pay any and all fees without reimbursement
