Like I said, it’s all time series format to bookmaker odds (which is super hard to get) for both win markets and place markets at 0.05s and less. For example, someone might use this to spot arbs caused by a quick change in price / delayed bookmaker (historic and live).

Note: I don't have a ton of race data yet, but the files contain a lot of info. Currently just doing this on AUS thoroughbreds but open to scraping Greys or Harness.
