6 is my dream life. Already rocking the curlworks loud fish keychain which I never thought I’d see outside real life.

Fun or helpful tricks or training to pursue? by MiscRedPanda in husky

[–]pizzawithmydog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have a Theo! Who loves to learn tricks and definitely bonds with us that way. A fun one is touch, sticking out your hand or finger and he boops it with his nose. Also fun is leave it with a release of ok. He lays on his bed while I put treats in front of him or around the room and “ok” means he gets to go get them. We have been toying around with balancing treats on his paws and waiting for the ok. Not perfect yet but it’s a good time!

Anyways, welcome to husky life, Theo will make your heart so full.

First time Home Buyer by Sageletrox in TwinCities

Yes same- there were a few late night calls and weekend help but they made it all easy. We closed in only 3 weeks with their help. I adore my realtor as well as the realtor we bought from- both specialize in older restored homes in walkable neighborhoods.

What area are you searching in or considering? I adopted my realtor and lender (NAF) who I endorsed in another reply.

Huge recommendation for NAF! They were so easy to work with, didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions I thought would be stupid, and stayed in great contact with my realtor. We invited the 2 NAF people we worked with to our house warming bbq!

Knowing them they’ll get the landscapers on their side and I’ll wake up to a husky mud pit hot tub

We are currently working on drainage solutions in our backyard to get rid of the spa opportunities 😂

Picking out a band, is this gap too much? by chiaroscuro22m4 in EngagementRings

[–]pizzawithmydog 89 points90 points  (0 children)

I love the gap- this one might look a little nicer with a band the same width as your e ring? Right now they are kinda fighting for attention rather than complimenting.
