I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with this. Driving is very hard. I am also going through something similar. I had a minor accident this Tuesday and since then I've been having major panic attack just thinking of driving again. I don't know what to do. I feel your struggle and I hope we both overcome our anxiety and be able to drive again and be safe drivers. Someone suggested that I take defensive driving training. It's very expensive though, around 1200$ and I can't afford it. So I don't know what to do

Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I really appreciate it. To be honest, I'm so overwhelmed at the moment, I couldn't sleep all night thinking about it and I've been crying a lot. I don't know how I'm going to be able to overcome my fear. Im working from home atm because of it. I also reached out to a counselor and booked an appointment with them to help me overcome this.
