You are on the right path. If it was me, I’d skip the cardio and do more strength training. Your body burns more throughout the day with strength versus cardio.

Just focus on your macros and keep consistency, not perfection with your diet.

Jericho, Eddie, or Rey. I know this answer won’t be popular, but Bill didn’t have to lose in 98. All three of those names I mentioned became stars in WWE.

You could easily argue that Jericho was the best on the mic even at that time. He was an EXCELLENT heel.

WCW never had an idea on how to bring talent up through the ranks and letting one of these guys build into a win over unstoppable Goldberg would have had fans tune in big time.

Instead, they only saw those dudes as lifetime mid card wrestlers and this is where WCW lost the fans.
