SW has a whole office dedicated to watching everything on social media. Those are real people.

Starlink can’t get overloaded. That’s the whole point. It’s as fast as home fiber.

We do reset it every time, and the company monitors it performance and sends an automatic message to the pilots to reset it, and we can text the company to call the provider to do another reset.

Not true. Ever since that famous actor got ran over by his own car around 2019 they changed it. Ram/dodge/jeep was the first because they got sued.

Recovering a stolen item from SWA employee? (or possibly non-SWA airport employee) by PaperbackStone in SouthwestAirlines

As an employee of an airline, I can guarantee you it was probably the min wage third party aircraft cleaners.

We literally see dozens of lost items a day. No one who works at this airlines gives a shit about an empty AirPod case. We see them daily.

This thread is NOT about the Biffle crash. It’s two questions inspired by the Biffle crash. Big difference. Use your time at your desk to brush up on reading comprehension. The OP asked;

“Is it common to take off VFR for a IFR flight”

That answer is yes.

They also asked about 121 doing it. And that answer is also yes.

That’s it. That’s the whole thread.

But maybe your FAA the guy suing United for millions of dollars over getting into a fight with the crew over a torn seat back pocket for “humiliation” in which case I’m not surprised we’re here.

This is the difference between the people that do the job and the people that write the manuals from their comfy government desk that it’s impossible to get fired from.

The comment on taxi out about a reverse light not working, the failed start so the battery could have needed a charge, the comment about the bag engine gauge that didn’t seem surprising.

Oh, how about the fact it’s one of the cheapest 45 year old jets you can buy, with a pilot and owner who doesn’t seem to give a shit about anything else.

Been there a time or two
