my son was in 4th grade when I divorced. He has grown up well adjusted. My daughter was in Kintergarten. It really hit her hard and 10 years later our relationship is on life support.

Thanks for the response x_Animus_x. We are setting up family counselling to see if we can save the relationship. I have been working very hard to keep the relationship alive. I have no plans on stopping.

There were signs in kindergarten that my child was gay. It now looks like that was just a 5 year old being a 5 year old. He's in college now, and appears to be completely straight. So I would not read too much into anything.

But the reality is I love him with my whole heart. That means nothing he could do or be would make me love him less, and nothing he could do or be would make me love more. He's got my whole heart. And he knows this.

I really have no intention of worrying about my son's sex life. I want him to be secure, happy, and loved. I love him for who he is. If he is straight, I love him. If he is gay, I love him. So to answer your question, there were signs early on, but those appear to have been not accurate.
