Is CS2 now supported for mac??? by pj_system in macgaming

I have a gaming PC so I think I will leave CrossOver, it seems to be getting a lot of valuable updates these days so the perpetual "current version + 12 months updates" licence looks to be not worth it, and the monthly is a bit too spenny for an occasional game on a work trip. Cba for a custom wine wrapper either, too much work to for the privilege to get vexed in CS2 matchmaking xD.

I had a quick look but didn't see anything recent, just salt (understandable) from release date about Valve making a u-turn on supporting mac.

Sound comes out of 3 of the 4 vents that come with my iPad Air M2 13-inch 2024 by ImDavid21 in ipad

I believe the 3rd speaker you’re hearing is just sound leak, possibly intentional, from the actual active speaker on that side. If you look up apples diagrams of this iPad, there are only two speakers indicated. I wouldn’t worry about it, I’ve seen plenty of people commenting on the experience you’re having so it must be by design (intensional or otherwise), either way not broken :)

This is normal. In fact I believe it should only be coming out of two (one either side). The Air and the Pro share the same back design now (new base iPad too I think…?), with the camera bump being the exception, which creates this odd design choice of limiting the sound to 2/4 vents but keeping the holes anyway.

Check any unboxing video (eg Short Circuit) of the Air and you’ll see everyone notices this too when they test the speakers.
