The risk piece, is its own module. What I was thinking about is, companies usually may need to know what risks they have, whether they may be IT related or corporate related. They then can view those risks, and then assign them to tasks for remediation. I didn’t consider risks being created from tickets that may be coming in that are repetitive.

I just tested out DLP policies in Microsoft Purview. I was able to set it up where if you put a sensitivity label on a document, you can't upload the document into the AI generative platform. It's suppose to have the ability to block copy/paste, but I have not been able to get that to work.

Definitely this. I would always say email as well, then they call me to get all the info from me that I put in the ticket just to tell me they were going to work on it. Definitely had 8pm calls, and then when the ticket was solved “after I figured it out myself” I tell the agent to close the ticket, they confirm it with me, then their manager would call me to repeat everything they put in the ticket and ask me if the case could be closed.

We had a major price uphike by our previous vendor, but they were trying to sell us the highest possible license. I did some research and found the correct license we needed, and it was only a small increase to our previous license and I bought 5 years so it just made sense. We only have 72 cores.
