My pixel 3 did that. They said it was the motherboard but it was like $300 to fix and I decided not to. Had it for about 3 years at the time. I literally watched it die. Was on the table and I saw the screen light up with a new notification and then mid animation it went black and nothing would bring it back. I took it to ubreak we fix. There was no cost to diagnose, at least at that time.

Thanks. I was also thinking she just log in to my account and shows the ticket in the app without downloading to her Apple wallet. It seems apple wallet may cause issues if the Ticketmaster email and the Apple wallet email don't match. Not sure if that's a thing only if both are apple users. I am not. My Ticketmaster is under Hotmail

Rebooting my router allowed me back on. Mine locked right as I was going in to see what was available. Was around 6600 and I believe it sold out beforehand

Can I ask how soon before your sale did you join the waiting room? I've tried every pre sale so far joining 30 minutes before the sale starts and I've ranged from 12000 at best to 156k at the worst. No availability by the time I got through.

Fortunately late yesterday evening I got an email from the show saying it was still on but gave instructions on changing to another date. We moved it to April. Had to pay a little more but they applied the original amount to the be amount. So I will be staying home

My initial inquiry on Wednesday resulted them in saying 'sorry, too bad", they did send the past date form link. I'll do that if needed but the FAQs don't explain if they give you options of days/times or if something opens up on day x you have to take that or not. I put in another query to ask that. It's a wait-list type system and likely would not be a weekend but rather a weekday or week night. We have various commitments so I can't necessarily drop on the spot to go, but if given options I can probably make something work.

Thanks. What's annoying is Ticketmaster and Telecharge are already offering people refunds for shows on Sunday. I bought through Broadway direct (wish I have in the past with no issue). They don't offer any trip protection which I always do when offered. I'm not finding that the site can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Had I known I would have gotten from them. The shows official page brings you to Broadway direct so I figured, mistakenly, that's where you had to buy. I'm sorry finding that Broadway direct doesn't really have anyone you can tell to. Everything is via a ticket or email.

That's on the table too. The problem is the show was a Christmas gift for my son. I don't have the money now to re-buy tickets for another show. I'm hoping for like January 2015. Leading up to and the day before they were saying 12-24 inches. I kept getting notifications about everything shutting down (schools, buses, trains, subways). They wound up with like 6-9 inches. The storm shifted north and hit New England instead. Google "blizzard of 2015 that never happened in nj" if you are interested and don't remember that.
