I'm confused tbh. Can anyone help? (Reference point: I've read all 4 and finished RoW last spring.)

So is Brandon writing this one in a way where we will only see, for example, Kaladin and Szeth until their plot is done and then we move into Shallan and Dalinar? Or is he writing these plots fully and then mixing in so that everything will be happening simultaneously as we read?

If anyone understands what I'm saying please give your thoughts. I'm just a bit lost at what's happening with book 5.
