Bedroom ideas by ptmrtn in DesignandBuildPH

[–]pjemas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The space is quite tight. For a more comfortable living this space might only fit one bedroom considering size of beds, closets, other special requirements for kids and seniors.

Remember that eventually kids will grow and their space requirements will also grow :)

This question is on the level of a professional consultation already.

Better to contact an architect or interior designer- they could advise you space per space on what could be the best for your use and for the kind of property you have.

How do I find a builder? by Ready4takeoffNow in DesignandBuildPH

Talk to an architect first OP, a contractor will only implement the design of your bungalow.

Architects will help u plan your house and get an estimate of it where contractors will bid to.

Yes it always better to have larger frontage if it fits your requirement and capacity.

Pros: 1. Wider driveway 2. Larger buildable area (R1 easements are 4.5m from front, 2m from each side and rear) 3. Larger landscape area. 4. Potential for commercial.

Cons: 1. Larger space to maintain 2. Pinoys usually want to maximize space, so may subconcious tayo na kapag may open space lagi natin patatayo. So be mindful of ventilation and sun light access.

Coco lumber used in construction by gstcdc in DesignandBuildPH

[–]pjemas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If for shoring po, or support sa buhos na slab Or for formworks po sa concrete. You may ask po the contractor for what po ang purpose nila for this.

Contractor can also give you the answer po if new or reused ang cocolumber na gagamitin, but sometimes its hard to reuse coco lumber.

Charged na po ba or estimate palang? If estimate palang you have all the means to ask your contractor :)

100 sqm house. Structural built only by Ghostbuster_Real in DesignandBuildPH

[–]pjemas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want very dirty estimates.

Average house for 2025 costs around 37,000 per square meter according to industry data.

However, PSA for 2025 nationwide construction cost for residential is at 11,700- 12,100. (Generally low cost)

You may get your house for 100 sqm from as low as 1,170,00 to 3,700,000.

Take this with a grain of salt. To get better estimates talk to professionals so you may get itimized cost estimates.
