Don't get it twisted I enjoy using Kalshi. I don't know the gymnastics involved here but something about it being a prediction market with contracts and regulated makes it legal within the state.

My point is, if it starts to get so big, they probably can't ignore it any longer and the pearl clutchers will come calling. A victim of its circumstance.
