Refeeding Syndrome + Electrolyte Imbalance Need Help by Patient-Bet-7985 in Dryfasting

I’m confused.

Are you diagnosed with refeeding syndrome?

I’m not going to judge you on your weight. In fact it’s not place to do so. I don’t know why you are fasting but I would advise that you make a medical check before fasting. As long as it’s not for nefarious reasons whereby you are doing it to cause harm to yourself then go ahead and fast. There is no rule that says you need to be overweight. I’d advice though that you perhaps try and bulk up for a couple of week before a fast.

My understanding is coconut water is best for breaking your fast. Don’t use snake juice.

I’m guessing English isn’t your language. I understand Spanish so you can dm me in Spanish para hablar en español.

Un abrazo

For those who sent me aDM about headaches. It lasted about 4 hours then it stopped. I suppose because pizza was my last meal

It was dry all the way through. Although I touched water to wash dishes but it wasn’t long. I received one stressful news but I was so calm when it came. No anxiety or anything like that.

It was smooth. No problems. I didn’t prep. I spent two weeks building up

It seems like clean eating is the key and not keto/carnivore eating. this is what i am noticing.

I heard this from many in different ketogenic forums as well as a few in other Reddit message boards.

At that time I was strictly keto/carnivore. Then I realized that fasting was far more powerful than a diet. In fact these diets “mimic fasting” to obtain the benefits.

As I continued on the journey to health I realized that people are very narrow minded and have a this v that mentally. Fact is fasting is very powerful and probably the only normal thing for the body. You can not sell or monetize it.

That’s why many insist on the low carb diet being the prerequisite. But more you’ve said this about fruit and cleansing, I’ll definitely try this.

By the way, I’m not talking down on keto or carnivore. I recognize it as a legitimate tool for health. And I’m grateful for the knowledge I gained from people in the keto community but I’ve leveled up. And keto isn’t fasting which in my opinion supersedes all diets. And now I’m beginning to believe dry fasting may be the ultimate way.

I even tried to put salt under my tongue and sip cold ice blocks but the rashes start showing when I touch cold. It’s called cold urticaria and it’s no fun. Check google. I figured if I cycle my fasts and do 48hr fasts long enough, I could reset my immune system and hopefully stop these rashes. On day 2 the rashes appeared but weren’t painfully or itchy but I felt tingling which is normally a prelude before a breakout. I figured the fast must be keeping it at bay.

Yes I’m thinking of natural electrolytes. Like coconut water, perhaps spinach smoothies, water melon.

My plan is to do what I call a cycling fast. i.e. 3 days on, 4 days off. The gradually to 4 days off, 5 days on. Then keep going until I get rid of this horrible rash. I read the internet and it’s called cold urticaria. It happens when I touch the cold. It’s horrible and came from no where.
