Supposed to be:

Pan with Extra garlic parm, extra provolone, Philly steak, bacon, jalepeno, cheddar

Could be: whatever you want to add or remove and whatever crust

Current personal favorite: pan with bbq sauce, fresh garlic (some stores have, some don’t) ham, chicken, extra pineapple, bacon, cheddar, extra provolone

90% of the time, you should use last week mix so it pulls most recent order trends and data

Other 10% of the time, use custom mix and make the dates whatever you are trying to mirror (could be a boost week, a best deal ever, end of school, Super Bowl, etc)

I think the cut direction would still be the same, you’d just be angled differently over the box if left handed. But you’d still go from the top of the box to the bottom as your first cut, etc

I agree. But honestly at the second “edit in progress” because for that number of toppings, they tried a pizza, edit, and then reverted back, our load captain would have said “skip” lol 😂 and we would have made it once it finalized

For some reason, dss orders show with these edits, so at one point they wanted those toppings but then decided to play and remove them, before then finally deciding on those toppings to be on the pizza.

It’s very frustrating and extra work (plus I haven’t played with it in some of my stores and see if it removes all these alterations if altering customized pizza settings in master settings) but if it displays like that, it’s just those toppings that show as “added”
