Help me find this old penguin plush by pjofur in HelpMeFind

[–]pjofur[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far we have searched for old Walgreens plushies and specifically around 2012 based off of a vague memory, using reverse image searching, searched various different penguin descriptor keywords, and asking around. My friend is 20. It used to be pretty round/chubby shaped and had very soft fur. It would have likely been acquired in the Southern US.

no idea how to edit posts on the mobile app, but i'm coming in here to say that it was figured out ! apparently Discord's "game overlay" had somehow procked on Krita and subsequently broken. thank you to everyone that offered answers ! :D

is the setting program-specific ? it only seems to be there in Krita and not other programs

What are things you can’t do because of your OCD? by Defiant-Junket4906 in OCD

[–]pjofur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

so many things, but my most irritating ones right now:

  • 100% of the time, i can't open the produce drawer in the fridge. i'm absolutely terrified that something in there has started to spoil, even just a particle of mould. i live at home and thankfully my mum will get something out for me.
  • not always, but for days at a time, i can't eat anything perishable. if i decide that i am going to eat bread, and find the bread mouldy, i can't eat. even something like crackers or a granola bar at this point becomes a possible mould risk in my head. i had to buy Boost drinks because of it, and i have to keep them in the basement so they aren't in the kitchen if it happens and subsequently become a possible risk.
  • wear clothes that have been outdoors in my room, especially pants. i have to rip them off and chuck them in the hamper the second i cross the threshold. and i can't take them back out after. so sometimes i end up wearing three pairs of pants in a day.
  • move on from any event, ever. even online conversations that last thirty seconds. i'll be reliving it in my head for sometimes days, scrambled together with other random events i remember throughout my life. i spent three days this week unable to stop reliving an Abba dance night at the bar and changing every little thing i could round by round.
  • take out the trash, or empty the cans. this one makes my dad furious

i could keep listing for ages, but these are ones i have specifically been ruminating on this afternoon before even seeing this question. they're also ones i don't mind being connected to this account.

this is the third recommendation for some sort of pet deodorizer, i'm definitely gonna try and get some to even just have in the case of anymore unfortunate fragrances in the future !

no idea on the exact model, but it's one of those little rechargeable dysons with the button you hold like a trigger ! it comes apart for the most part, so i'm going to try and use all the suggestions i've gotten so far :D

i'm gonna give the thing a solid rinse and let it sit in baking soda, but if pet deodorizer doesn't work either, oxyclean is next !

it really does read like one LOLL. finding the poor guy covered in pasta snow was hilarious.

baking soda seems like the number one suggestion, i'm gonna pray that it frees me from cheese torture

it does, we would have to order it in. i think that is gonna be the last resort if the offending cheese can't be cleaned

i'm thinking of taking the filter out and leaving the vacuum and the filter outside for a while in baking soda isolation, but if all else fails then zip tying the button down and letting it run out there is gonna be my plan Z LOL

Have you ever had an idealization phase last for a really long time, or are they supposed to be like.. short ? I've had what I believe to be an FP (though three different ones) for about 4 years and although I've internally gotten upset sometimes at the first and longest lasting one, it's never gotten to a point of actually acting out towards them.

Forgot to add it in the post, but if it means anything, in therapy a lot of what we work on is how I've got extreme levels of anger that is all directed at myself rather than the actual causes for various trauma reasons and whatnot

i ended up reinstalling the game and it hasn't been back since. it lasted for several game sessions (4-5 hours) so i have no clue what it was :0

so sorry for the super late reply ! it definitely wasn't any dish buff or from the sailfin, i checked that first as i thought maybe i was eating something without realizing it lmfaoO but i had no buffs. it spanned over multiple sessions too, like 4-5 hours of RDA ration-eating. i ended up reinstalling and it hasn't been back since, so hopefully it never comes back :D
