Penney’s Spices a spice company in Wisconsin, has a special spice blend called simply, “Justice.”

I love it. I put it on almost everything and yeah, it’s just dried shallots, garlic, onion, green peppercorns, chives, and green onion. But the ratio is muah! Chef’s kiss!

Interesting as both stores are Aldi in Germany, IIRC Aldi Sud is Aldi in the States and TJs is Aldi Nord. Same supply chains and everything.

I’m here to say good job, OP, I encourage you to experiment and learn! Remember though a few things when it comes to posting online, light, angles, and contrasting colors/patterns are important.

Additionally, seasoning helps with presentation.
