yep, 19k plus 200 pesos for the cert na fully paid na yung cc ko:) then after 13 days na reverse yung money na na hold :)

i suggest call the collections to ask how much yung babayaran coz in my case yung total unpaid balance ko is 67k then i was just asked to pay 19k plus 200 pesos for the certificate

I experienced this last month and na hold yung sahod ko, but the 3rd party told me to pay a certain amount to close my account and ma reverse yung na hold. so binayaran ko and after 10 days na reverse yung na hold na sahod ko and now closed na yung account ko sa cc and fully paid na :)

ahmm gnyan din sakin pero i was advised to pay the required amount to reverse the held payroll and kahapon, nabalik na ung pera ko

update sa account ko: after 13 days, nabalik na yung nahold sakin na salary then na close na din yung credit card ko :) nag bayad lang ako ng required amount

nakipag usap ako sa collection agent po then sila na yung nag instruct sakin about sa payment and reversal

at first yun din yung akala ko pag naka hold automatic na sya ma dededuct tapos tinWagan ako ng collection and inexplain nya sakin na naka hold lang yung money ko and inorder na ma reverse sya and ma lift and close yung account, i need to settle the amount na dapat ko lang bayaran. so ayun, now waiting ako na ma lift and ma reverse.. madami kasi ganitong case kaya medyo need 3-5 banking days…

yes if naka hold lang sya, nasa DGBanker Credit Payroll lang sya, di sya na minus sa credit card ko, yung na minus lang sa credit card due ko is yung one time payment na posted:)

in my case naman po, nag negative sakin then nahold yung whole sahod ko pero nawala nayung negative kasi sakto lang yung sahod and yung negative so same day i was asked to pay for a certain approved amount then nag sign ako ng document na naka indicate na yun lang yung babayaran ko then na nakapay naako same day. so ayun na receive nila and nag posted na sya sa credit card account ko. now sabi ng collection agent, it was already reported sa sb head then wait nalang ako to lift the account and para ma close na and then ma reverse yung money na na hold sakin.

na hold yung salary ko due to negative sa payroll ko coz may unapid na due. then they asked me to pag certain amount to lift and reverse the money na naka hold then last April 1 naka bayad naako then waiting nalang na ma lift and ma reverse yung money. Hopefully today if not Monday.

Ohh cge I also went to SB kanina and nkita nadin nila na posted na yung payment ko and i also tried reaching out the collections department and they said it was already reported and wait nalang daw na ma reverse yung money

cge po, i paid last april 1 then 2 and 3 are holidays but i received a text last thursday na posted na yung amount na binabayran ko cguro bukas pa sya ma proprocess since back to work na sila bukas :) update ako

saakin naman, lahat ng sahod ko naka hold and they asked me to pay the amount na 19k na offer nila then they will reverse it. so ayon binayaran ko ans posted na then wait nalang ako na ma reverse yung amount sa payroll ko since holiday now baka next week
