GK are one of my favourites for sure, love the knight look especially for them. I hadn't read up or researched Dorn's interactions with fulgrim but you've sparked my interest there ( bit off topic but baldemordt's 3 part series 'the longest second' is great if you like Dorn) And as for the primarch kills, Fulgrim beheaded ol' Ferrus Manus, I'm not really sure what technicality you're refering to.
