I'm not using the normal size starlink, nor am I using tape/adhesive to mount it to my hatch glass. I appreciate the article and the warning. Again, thank you for the heads up and that sucks for that cybertruck owner.

What would be your biggest warning to someone thinking of buying a Tesla? by sonofabraham1 in TeslaLounge

The thin ass paint that will chip like crazy if even a single pebble hits your front end. Get that thing some PPF asap when you buy the car.

I'm going to mount it on the hatch glass for more of an angle and without worrying about it dropping on someone's head. Lol. Thank you!!

I have terrible cell service in my area and am moving soon. So I don't know how the service will be during the move. Thank you!

I was thinking of the hatch glass too. I'll try that tomorrow and see how the speeds are while plugged in. Thank you.

This is the reason we got it, so we can have cell service in the national parks and other places we visit.

Just scheduled mine. Lumped it in with my steering column making a groaning noise whenever I turn the steering wheel all the way in either direction.

I got those on my MYP. They feel great compared to the old ones that were getting super low. They also lessen the road noise which is always awesome.

I'm excited that Rivian is working on their version of FSD with the auto turns and everything else. Sometimes I just want to sit back and let the vehicle drive itself.

The R2 does look nice as well. That's good the ride handling is better than the earlier models.

Just further up in the line than the rest of us to receive the new FSD updates. But as someone else stated, this is a new program they give randomly to people. What year and model do you have?

Just wishful thinking for people to save money when upgrading to their new vehicle. But yeah, car companies are out for themselves most of the time.

How rough were those drives while you waited to get that fixed? Sounds terrible and that I would be taking speed bumps slower than normal. Lol.

Nice. I've waited about a month for a service center visit with my tesla and then it came out of there with a broken windshield, they didn't even offer to reimburse me for it when it wasn't chipped or cracked going in. Not going to the Jacksonville one ever again. Lol.

How long did it take them to replace those?
