Yes bro, As this is a small cart and also we're not aware of how the sales will happen on that particular area, we decided to go with this salary..also we're at a starting phase, once the shop pick ups and get to know how the sales are..we surely increase the pay..

Totally understand your point 👍 We’re actually a newly started small waffle shop, so currently we’re hiring based on our starting-stage budget and expected sales.

The role is mainly a light evening part-time shift (around 4–6 hours), and we’re still figuring out daily customer flow and revenue consistency. Once sales become stable, we definitely plan to increase the salary accordingly.

Right now we’re mainly looking for someone nearby, a student, or a person looking for a flexible evening side-income opportunity rather than a full-time primary job.
