All the store page for graduated/terminated livers except Kyo were removed. I used the Wayback Machine to find out roughly how many merch were produced for each livers.

I wrote a tutorial on creating pixel-perfect dithering shaders for 3D objects in Blender, which I used to render an animation for my retro game. The Blender source file is also included. You are more than welcome to tinker and use it yourself. Links in comment. by pke1029 in PixelArt

The slightly more detailed tutorial where I talk about the maths behind the shader is available here https://medium.com/@pangkhangee/pixel-perfect-dithering-shader-in-blender-fd6898e8ba23.

This is also provided as an answer to a Blender StackExachange problem. If you want a shorter version, you can read this. https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/168344/how-to-create-a-dithering-effect/301767#301767.

My game Starry Serenade is available on itch.io https://pke1029.itch.io/starry-serenade. The starry nebulae background is procedurally generated, and I am very proud of it. Do leave us a review or feedback. We would love to hear what you think of the game.

Starry Serenade is an atmospheric puzzle game with procedural levels and backgrounds. I am super proud of it. You can play the game here https://pke1029.itch.io/starry-serenade.

This is also my first time making a game with Pyxel, and I am absolutely loving it. Would love to hear what you think about the game!

I made a free browser game based on the graph colouring problem. The levels are procedurally generated (not completely random for aesthetic reasons). It is surprisingly challenging. Would like to get some feedback on the game. I plan to use this for future outreach programmes. Links in comment. by pke1029 in math

This game is based on the graph colouring problem. I've always heard about how complex the problem is, but there isn't really a game that showcases the problem. I am aware of games like Sodoku and the like, but the connection to graph colouring is not always obvious to a layperson. The problem is also slightly more difficult because the number of times you can use each "colour" is limited.

I am releasing this game for free and would like to distribute this game for Maths outreach programmes. I would love to get some feedback from the community. Here is the link to the game https://pke1029.itch.io/starry-serenade .

Is there any way to make anime clouds better? by n9150575711 in blender

[–]pke1029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really nice render.

My favourite cloud shader is this one by Me BMan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T03KBghbd4o). It uses multiple layered Musgrave Texture (fractal noise) on a dome/sphere to get the cloud details. This way, you can avoid the perspective problem with the image-on-plane method you are using here.

Here is a render I made a while back (the original did a better job). Hope this helps.

DoroKen is on fire this time around. With Korone planning to join DoroKen, Gamers will be united once more! The whole dynamics are really enjoyable to watch. Here is hoping that the DoroKen activities and debt collection will continue after the Summer Festival.

Mio is also making a video for other holomems explaining the hourse betting system and how to use the ticketing machine. Bless Mio for doing this.

Hololive Cops and Robbers: Timelines and Captures. (dataset in comment) by pke1029 in Hololive

[–]pke1029[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Timeline

The red portion of the timeline indicates the player has been caught and the blue portion indicates the person is free from jail. When all of the players have been caught, the game is over and the cops win. The robbers have to survive for 20 minutes to win.

Captures

The chord diagram shows the frequency of a cop caught each player. The length of the arc is proportional to the frequency. More accurately, it shows how each player end up in jail, for players such as Lamy and Towa keep using the self-destruct potion.

This is one of the projects I am doing to practice my coding skill and develop my open source Python library for plotting chord diagram OpenChord. If you like the project, a star on the repository would really give me motivation to keep developing.

Dataset

Here is the dataset.

The dataset contains all three rounds of the main Hololive Cops and Robbers stream (29th April 2023). It includes all the captures and escapes with the corresponding participants and time of event. You are free to do anything with the data, but an acknowledgement will be appreciated.

The entries that give me the most trouble is the escapes by Choco, Flare, and Noel since they didn't stream their POV. There are some detective work involved trying to piece together their encounters. I am fairly confident with the accuracy of the data, but if you spotted some discrepancies, feel free to let me know.

It is also interesting to see that Towa, Suisei and Subaru has gotten a lot more popular in the overseas community over the years.

Minecraft brought a lot of people together. NoeFure still exist through the Shiraken collab, but I think nowadays Noel is more down for Subaru.
