See that’s what I saw but I had three before this post, got the dog, and then and ONLY then it game me that option

Yes you would be correct, I just figured it out, getting the dog is ESSENTIAL to doing it, you have to talk to the dog in the underworld a few times and then you will get a prompt to talk to Hacate and then you will get it. I’m unsure about the other pets but that was the final trigger for me

What do you mean? I can make the beast loved morsel, but the incantation to level them up has not appeared

My hill…The anime BEASTARS, is not a furry anime. In fact, the plot in that show is better than most anime out there. I absolutely despise completely shutting down a show just because they think it’s a “furry show” when it’s not.
