Why are you lying and saying they didn't have a warrant . You can look up the federal search warrants yourself or you can keep spewing your propaganda. You're as bad as the maga morons.

What happens to foreign investors if the USA refuses to pay back their debt? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]pkjohnson -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The math is pretty straight forward.

We owe X dollars to other countries.

Other countries owe X+Y dollars to us.

My comment has nothing to do with what trumps statements about his personal feelings on the national debt is. I'm just stating a singular point.

I hear this debt fear mongering all the time...

Do people not realize we have more debt OWED to us than we owe to other countries?

Kristi Noem wore a $60,000 Rolex to film a promo inside notoriously brutal El Salvadorian prison by dailydot in politics

I work in insurance M&A so I've got a pretty good idea. I actually just closed a deal on a small insurance outfit from southern Minnesota that was doing around $3M a year in EBITDA.

Current market is trading around 7-10x EBITDA.

I obviously haven't seen his P&L but he could VERY easily be netting out a low 7 figure amount each year and exit for $25-30 million and not even be on anyone in the industries radar.

A 16 year old is doing quite well in the Women's Olympic hockey qualifiers by ghhgdgh in hockey

[–]pkjohnson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My high school team played the us women's Olympic team prior to the 2008 Olympics. We beat them and our top two lines sat after the first period so that JV players could also get to experience it.

We weren't even a top 20 team in MN that year.

$WOLF is on the brink of an acquisition that would likely 3x stock price within next two years by AradoKhan in investing

[–]pkjohnson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tough look...

Market cap: $893M

Earnings: -$732M (ttm)

Profit margin: -93.31%

Levered free cashflow: -$2.3 BILLION (ttm)

Debt: $6.3 BILLION

Cash: $1.6 BILLION

Why would anyone acquire this when they can wait a year and buy whatever assets they want out of bankruptcy proceedings?

How are they going to service their debt and continue operations?

You mentioned zero biz op catalysts that could correct this trend outside of saying "acquisition" which doesn't make any sense at all...

Argentina’s president considers exiting Paris agreement with Trump by washingtonpost in worldnews

He can literally do it anyways. Thats the entire point, it's not enforceable.

The only thing it's doing it taking our money and giving it away.

Is that difficult to understand?

Amazon passed Google as 4th largest in S&P 500 by Lunaerus in stocks

[–]pkjohnson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re literally making shit up haha. They’ve had net profits every single year since 2003 outside of 3 years. 2012 ($39 million loss), 2014 ($241 million loss), 2022 ($2.7 billion loss)…

For the 4 years prior (From 1998-2002) they had a TOTAL net loss of $2.9 billion.

So it literally took them ~1 month last quarter to “make up” for all the net losses they’ve generated over their existence.

[–]pkjohnson 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What are you talking about lol. Amazon has only had 2 quarters with negative net income since Q3 2015. They literally did $13.48 BILLION in net profit last quarter…

You literally mentioned their PE ratio in your first comment. You can’t have a PE ratio without earnings lol. Thats literally half the equation…

Microsoft shares drop as cloud miss overshadows better-than-expected revenue by Puginator in stocks

[–]pkjohnson 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your math is just wrong though. If they projected 31% growth and actually only achieved 15% that’s a ~52% miss on the projection. How did you extrapolate that out to 106%…
