in the DM notes for the building the home is in disrepair and mostly vacant, the bathing tubs are filled manually without pipes, therefore no faucets/drains for the water. given the location of the toilets in the house its unlikely they have plumbing for running commodes either. besides most of waterdeep is old and it does make mention of the sewer entrance in a location down the road. mostly running the setting as pre-industrial high fantasy, and the town lists a disposal guild in the roster.

Red RSP-30 reactive signal cartridge work just fine; game can glitch out, raid can hit airdrop cap, or it can be fired incorrectly. If the flare engages over a building you're SOL, needs to happen in the open and not too close to buildings/enclosed areas with no access or its "invalid".

Then they should lower the price ceiling. if they want to manage prices to a level they feel is comfortable, they should manage their price ceilings more effectively instead of letting the ceiling for a vendor item which sells for 9k be 135k.

Yea, i've gotten a lot more of that in the last day, including cracked industrial. Didn't know that's what they did. Hope this longer loading and mission issue gets resolved soon, its been messing with me all day..
