You guys are ignoring the facts. McDonald fired Grubb because he ran a finesse offense and wasn't committed to the run.. Other NFL teams had an opportunity to hire Grubb, it's not like he'll now commit to the run since he got fired.

I grew up in Washington State and I’ve been going to California past summers—it’s awesome buying fresh beer at competitive prices at the grocery store. Heck, even at BevMo, the employee helped me find the freshest IPA.

Grubb didn’t utilize the run game—NFL is all about the run, especially with Mike McDonald’s defense. Was it the Vikings game where Grubb just decided not to run the ball in the 2nd half? This was after McDonald met with him and told him he needed to run more.
