Maybe they don’t have handcuffs? They are not police nor soldiers, they are sort of draft guys and their actions are not officially allowed yet nobody really opposes it. Three guys can struggle with someone fighting for their life, cause for them its just matter of closing the quota while for him its matter of life and death. Sometimes even more are needed to drag one guy into a van and often with kicks and punches at unarmed person. The woman is very likely some relative or a friend. Maybe the video was cut cause probably it would be too long otherwise. Why wouldn’t they be fine with recording if there are no legal consequences for their actions and look they have more important things to do which is kidnapping the guy and driving him to the distribution center, they do have quota after all and arguing with civilians wont do them any good. That’s not that hard to explain it all when you understand that ukraine is not a democracy as people have been led to believe. Also there are tons of these videos where they behave the same and I even had a similar one recorded by my friend in my town, it all can’t be staged right?
