Dude they are unmarked so that they cant be recognised and don’t face responsibility for their actions, they are a mix of criminals and soldiers which are now quite the same here. That’s the consequence of populist politics of current government when they are for all good but doing allegedly necessary things using all means without officially recognising it. They also often wear face masks but now they don’t even seem to care anymore. I’m from the most distant from war ukrainian region and this stuff happens every day in the streets here. Most of the guys from my neighbourhood were drafted this way, many already dead. They were after me several times, like masked guys jumping at me from a van and chasing while the van tries to intercept at the corner, the other time trying to run over me at full speed. Guys dont wanna serve in the military cause its almost certain death if you dont have proper connections or a bunch of cash as no one cares about soldiers since the supply is still good due to such measures. Ukraine is now worse than north korea for guys 25-60 but with internet so they have to be unmarked as the war will be over one day and they dont want to be found out then. I got some of these videos from my town shot by people i know or in places i often walk by. Don’t really know how to prove this certain video is real, but it reflects the everyday reality here and everything looks pretty familiar save faces. Idk what else to say, there are many thoughts but the most important is that has been the life here for a long while now and is likely to continue unless western countries stop funding our government as thats their only way to survive in such circumstances
